RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Be in its original packaging

Please note: We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom items, as these are made specifically for each client. However, if there is any issue with your personalised order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best solution for both parties.

Return Shipping

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, etc.): You will need to purchase your own return shipping label and send the item back to us at your own cost.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your country of residence is outside the United Kingdom, please note that shipping times may vary.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, provide a prepaid return shipping label to resolve it promptly.


ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalised or custom products (e.g., special orders or bespoke items)

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
